GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF THE ESGZ PORTAL
The portal www.esgz.eu is managed by the Euro-Mediterranean Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter: ESGZ). The contents published on the ESGZ websites are the property of ESGZ and may be used exclusively for non-commercial purposes. All copyright notices must be retained and may not be copied, reproduced or otherwise distributed without the prior written consent of ESGZ.
Links to other websites
The portal may contain links to third-party websites. ESGZ assumes no responsibility for the operation or content of these sites, nor for any domain malfunctions resulting from technical problems of the website owners, changes, termination or sale of the domain.
Informative nature of the content
ESGZ prepares the information on its websites with all due care. Users are reminded that the published texts are of an informative nature. ESGZ is not liable for any damage or inconvenience that may arise to the user due to errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
Database protection
The data on the portal www.esgz.eu are part of databases and are protected as a database in accordance with the Copyright and Related Rights Act and the acquis communautaire of the European Union. Data users are obliged to respect the provisions governing the rights of database producers.
Permitted use of data
The user may use the data published on www.esgz.eu exclusively for his own needs. It is not permitted to distribute or forward it to third parties, whether for a fee or free of charge, without the express consent of ESGZ.
The user is not allowed to:
copy or export individual data or parts of databases,
transfer data to another computer or other media,
edit or use data in a manner identical or similar to the arrangement on the ESGZ portal,
use software tools that enable mass data export for the purpose of creating a new database.
The user is liable for any use of data that is contrary to these General Terms and Conditions.
Technical security
ESGZ ensures technical protection of databases by limiting unauthorized use and export of data. The user undertakes not to copy (import) part or all of the database and not to use tools for automated data extraction.
User responsibility
The user is liable for damages and criminal liability for any use of data in violation of these General Terms and Conditions. In the event of a violation, ESGZ will take action against the user in accordance with applicable law.
ESGZ does not give consent to the use of data and is not responsible for any illegal use of data from the database by users. The user is criminally liable for use that would be contrary to:
The Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2),
The Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom),
The Consumer Protection Act (ZvPot),
or any other law governing the processing and protection of personal data.
